- Transfer of ownership costs shall be paid by the buyer.
- The total cost includes preemptive rights ($300,000 pesos) and trust expenses ($250,000 pesos), and the owner may decide to stay or waive in the trust.
- All documents are signed with the ejido property owner
- All lots have a land use license to offer tourist and hotel services, commerce and a construction density of 30 to 50 rooms per hectare, depending on the project.
- All monetary exchanges shall be made in US Dollars, paid in Mexican Pesos, according to the valid exchange rate on the day of payment.
